Description of Conference: The 2nd International Research Workshop on Spiritual and Ethical Foundations of Organizational Development is based on the success and positive response of corporate and academicians during the International Research Workshop on Spiritual and Ethical Foundations of Organizational Development held at Pondicherry from February 5-7, 2009.
