The National Institute of Valuation (INSPEN) is proud to announce the organising of the fifth International Real Estate Research Symposium (IRERS), which will be held on 27 to 29 April 2010 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
This will be a three-day symposium with two Plenary Sessions, three Parallel Sessions, Research Clinic and Technical Tour. Each session will carry several paper presentations.
This symposium will provide an excellent opportunity for global networking, discussions and exchange of information across a broad spectrum of issues related to real estate researches and allied subjects.
Academician and practitioners are invited to propose papers reporting on current theoretical and empirical research in real estate including (but not necessarily be limited to) the following:

Those interested in having their papers considered may submit abstracts of approximately 300 words each. Abstract should come with the complete name(s) and organisation(s) of the author(s), and the key words along with the contact details.

Full paper must be consistent in format and layout as follows:-

: Bold, Centered, Arial, size 12
Author(s) : Name, Position, Organization
Contact details : Full address, phone, fax and e-mail
Key words : Up to 6 key words
Language : English
Number of pages : Maximum 15 pages including tables, figures and reference
Fonts : Arial size 12, justified
Software : Microsoft Word
Spacing : Single, one blank line between paragraphs
Sub heading : Centered, capital letters
Reference : APA style
